Shipping/Dispatch & Customs

For customer's orders within India, the standard shipping charges are free.

International customers will be charged a minimum of 2000 INR as shipping cost. However, the rates will vary depending on the destination and the weight of the order.

International customers have to solely pay all the taxes, fees and customs duties including the shipping costs. For more details, refer to our ‘Shipping Policy’ page.

Return/Exchange/Refund

In case you are a domestic customer then you can place your return within 24 hours of delivery. Returned items must reach us within 5 working days.

Return will be accepted and refund will be initiated only when it passes quality inspection by our quality checking department once we receive the order.

As per our refund policy, we refund you the entire order amount after deducting 15% of the restocking cost in the form of store credit only when our quality inspection department approves it.

We issue store credit in the form of a refund of your order. Store credit should be used within 60 days from the date of issue for another purchase on our website.
